- Free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders above ₹599; orders below ₹599 include a flat ₹112 shipping fee.

Returns & Exchanges:
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection: to the original payment method for prepaid orders, or via bank transfer/UPI for COD orders.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the desired item is unavailable, we offer a refund or store credit.
- Return shipping is free if the item is defective, wrong, or damaged in transit; for change-of-mind returns the customer may bear the return shipping cost unless free reverse pickup is available in their area.
